Who We Are

Mirasol Consulting is a mission-driven, woman-owned practice offering strategic support and restorative space for changemakers. With roots in public health, cultural studies, gender equity, and applied research, we bring deep interdisciplinary experience to our work with nonprofits, educators, and community leaders.

We know the toll that meaningful work can take. That’s why we combine insight-driven consulting with opportunities to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect to purpose. Whether through tailored facilitation, organizational planning, or nature-based retreats, we help clients move forward with clarity, alignment, and integrity.

We believe sustainable change starts with systems that care for people, especially those doing the caring. Our work centers equity, spaciousness, and the deep restoration needed to sustain courageous leadership.
