Frequently asked questions.

About Services

  • While our deepest experience is with changemakers, educators, caregivers, and mission-driven teams, we work with anyone seeking clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact, or who feels aligned with our mission.

  • Offerings include strategic facilitation, grant-funded project support and evaluation, one-on-one coaching, organizational retreats, and community-engaged research.

  • Both. We provide individualized coaching as well as group facilitation for teams and networks.

  • Yes, one-time sessions and retreats are available, with custom planning to fit your goals.

  • Absolutely. Sessions can be held virtually, in person, or through a blended approach depending on your needs and location.

While in-person team building and strategic planning sessions are ideal, we understand that remote teams or those with tight budgets may need virtual sessions.

Retreats & Events

  • Retreats are designed for educators, organizers, caregivers, and teams doing deep, relational work who need space to reflect, reconnect, and renew.

  • Yes. Private, custom retreats are available for teams seeking focused time for connection, planning, and restoration.

Whether you are looking for a nature-based experience or fun team building in the Big Easy, we can help you!

  • Retreats include facilitation, materials, guided practices, and optional meals, lodging, or outdoor activities depending on the format.

Strategic planning sessions for organizations, even if more outcome focused, will incorporate similar elements of renewal.

  • We aim to make all retreats as accessible as possible. Reach out to discuss specific needs and site options.

  • Yes. Community partner rates and limited scholarships are available to increase access for lower-income participants and organizations.

Transformative Support

  • Transformative support focuses on relational, embodied change. This approach helps individuals and groups shift patterns, not just solve problems.

  • Offerings include strategic facilitation, coaching, workshops, retreats, and research rooted in care, collaboration, and clarity.

  • We use practices that integrate nervous system awareness, storytelling, creative expression, and intentional structure.

  • Absolutely. Many folks start with a consultation call to clarify their goals and co-design the right approach together.

Logistics & Bookings

  • We would love to hear from you! Fill out the Contact form and we will be in touch to schedule a consultation call.

  • Yes! We are available to travel for in-person engagements, especially those rooted in nature, creativity, or community care. We work primarily in SE Louisiana and NW Arkansas but have facilitated workshops and retreats across the country and around the world.

  • For individual appointments, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. For appointments and virtual group sessions, cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% fee; no refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours.

Retreats and workshops have separate policies detailed in the participant agreement or contract.

  • We offer a tiered pricing model rooted in equity and sustainability. Please choose the tier that reflects your access to resources and organizational backing:

    • Standard Rate is the true cost of a service or session, and the most common rate for self-employed individuals or small organizations.

    • Corporate Rate is for well-resourced clients or institutions. Paying this rate helps offset sliding scale sessions for others. Also called our sponsor rate or pay-it-forward rate. Thank you!

    • Community Partner Rate is for those in under-resourced roles or communities. This rate reflects our commitment to economic equity and accessible support. See eligibility list below.

  • We offer a sliding scale rate for those doing values-driven work in education, social services, or community leadership. Examples might include:

    • Public school teachers

    • Social workers, nonprofit case managers

    • Community organizers

    • Midwives, low-income health workers

    • Grassroots nonprofit staff

    • Grad students in social impact fields

If you're unsure which tier to choose, you're welcome to reach out. We trust you to select the tier that reflects your situation.
